Club awards December 2002

There were 17 films entered for Surrey Border Film & VIdeo Makers competition evening in December 2002. Three judges came from Circle 8 to make their selection and to present the awards.

The three judges for the December competition from Circle 8 were: Terry Patrick (founder and continuing Chairman and former BBC Current Affairs Producer); Malcolm Bridger (who featured prominently on the credits of many famous and successful Circle 8 productions and Jenny Groves.

The cups to be awarded are: The Jackson Trophy for the best overall film, The Arthur English trophy for the best photography, The Pat Doherty Trophy for the best use of sound, The Ron Clements Trophy for creativity, The Jack Stribling Trophy for the best newcomer, The trophy for the best holiday film.
