Christmas lunch 2006

 

For the third year running this event took place at a golf club but this year at Oak Park Golf Club in Crondal. The club has a large modern clubhouse which provided an ideal venue for our celebrations. It had a large bar on the ground floor adjacent to where we were to eat.

On the menu were the usual roasts and a large range of desserts. There was plenty of wine and the atmosphere was very congenial. At the end of the main meal Gordon entertained us with a speech while we finished off with coffee/tea and mince pies.
